TeamPP established in 2007 when Henry and I tied the knot in Kaiserslautern (K-Town), Germany and now have 3 kids. I am a U.S. Air Force Disabled Veteran, I received my CCAF in 2002, my BA in Psychology in 2009, my MA in Counseling Studies in 2011 and completed "all but dissertation" (ABD) when I was pursuing my Doctorate before taking a leap of faith on my passion. With that being said, TeamPP become an LLC in January 2018.
With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. My expertise spans weight training, adaptable fitness, competitive bodybuilding, functional fitness, HIIT training, and specialized programs for pre and postpartum clients as well as senior fitness. I believe in creating personalized training plans that cater to each client’s unique needs and abilities, ensuring safe and effective workouts. Together, we’ll build strength, enhance mobility, and foster a lifelong passion for fitness!
I am a certified in sport nutrition through the International Fitness Association (IFA), dedicated to helping individuals enhance their athletic performance through optimal nutrition. Additionally, my specialized training in perimenopause and menopausal nutrition allows me to offer tailored guidance to women navigating these life stages. By combining evidence-based nutrition strategies with a personalized approach, I empower my clients to achieve their fitness goals while supporting their unique health needs during transition.

With 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) specializing in holistic yoga theory and instruction. My expertise covers anatomy and physiology, history, philosophy, pranayama, sequencing, and functional/adaptive yoga for special populations. Additionally, as a Warriors At Ease Trained (WAET) certified instructor, I provide trauma-informed and accessible yoga education dedicated to the military community. Yoga is a profound practice that fosters connections within ourselves and with the world around us. It combines body techniques and states of consciousness, encompassing breath control, specific postures, and meditation to achieve deep spiritual insight and a sense of calm. Integrative Restoration (iRest) is a contemporary adaptation of Yoga Nidra. While it shares many basic principles and techniques with other forms of Yoga Nidra, it also has unique differences. Yoga Nidra is a process of meditative self-inquiry derived from the teachings of Yoga. Meditation is the practice of dedicating time to quiet contemplation or it can encompass various techniques, including mindfulness, concentration on an object, thought, or activity. As a Reiki Master certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, I harnessed the power of “Universal Life Energy” to facilitate healing. Originating from Japan, Reiki is a gentle yet profoundly effective form of energy work, which is guided by your Angels, Ancestors, Guardians, and Spirit Guides. Reiki offers numerous benefits; including emotional release, stress reduction, pain relief, improve sleep and enhanced sense of overall balance. In this practice, I serve as a bridge connecting the realms of spirit and matter, with the intention on channeling healing energy to those I work with. This role of being a vessel allows me to facilitate a transformative experience that nurtures the mind, body and spirit.
